How We Built a Perfect 100/100 Website

How we achieved a perfect desktop PageSpeed score across performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO, and what that means for your business.

Most websites look good. Very few are built with the technical discipline they deserve.

Behind the scenes, plenty of sites carry slow load times, thin SEO foundations, and bloated code. Those issues chip away at rankings, user experience, and conversions long before many owners realize something is wrong.

At Centura Creations, we wanted our own site to reflect how we build for clients. We aimed for strong results across the categories that actually show up in a real Lighthouse and PageSpeed report.

On desktop, that translated to a full set of 100s on Google PageSpeed Insights: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO.

That is not about vanity metrics. It is about doing the work that keeps a site fast, clear, and maintainable.

Here is our Google PageSpeed Insights report for CenturaCreations.com.

What a 100 score means

A perfect score does not happen by accident. It reflects decisions made throughout design and development.

Performance

Speed shapes first impressions. A fast site keeps people engaged and reduces the chance you lose visitors before the page finishes loading.

Accessibility

A professional site should be usable by the widest audience possible. Accessibility work tends to produce clearer structure and copy, which benefits everyone.

Best Practices

This category reflects technical quality: sensible defaults, secure patterns, and modern standards. That combination makes a site easier to trust and easier to maintain.

SEO

A solid SEO foundation helps search engines understand your content and gives your business a fair shot in competitive results. It pairs directly with performance and structure.

How we achieved it

We did not rely on bloated templates or drag-and-drop builders. We focused on fundamentals that scale.

  • Custom development with a modern stack (web development)
  • Clean, lightweight code paths
  • Optimized assets and images
  • Thoughtful information hierarchy
  • SEO considerations baked in from the first layout decisions
  • Performance reviewed early and often, not patched in at the end

Every detail compounds. Fast, technically sound sites rarely come from shortcuts.

Why this matters for clients

Most clients are not asking for a PageSpeed number. They want a site that loads quickly, ranks better, feels credible, and supports leads or sales.

That is the point of how we work.

The standards we applied here are the same ones we bring to client projects. Speed, search visibility, usability, and long-term scalability matter because they show up in outcomes, not only in reports.

If your current site feels slow, dated, or underwhelming, the issue is often deeper than surface design. The foundation is usually where the leverage is.
